Small steps. A calmer ledger.
Last updated: October 20, 2026 · Pre-release information
Start with the essentials. This guide describes the current pre-release design; the final app may change.
Create your first ledger
Choose a strong, unique password with at least eight characters. Start with one free ledger and unlimited entries. Optional Face ID makes everyday unlocking more convenient.
Add a record and its context
Record income or an expense, then attach a receipt photo, a note or audio when useful. Local OCR can prepare a draft. Always review amounts and details before saving.
Use voice only where supported
Audio notes and optional speech recognition are different features. Apple on-device speech recognition requires supported device and language capabilities. Unsupported languages do not silently fall back to cloud recognition.
Review and export
Use charts to review your records. PDF exports are ordinary unencrypted files outside the app. Check where you save them and who can access them.
Keep a separate backup
Encrypted backup and restore are included in the free tier. You choose where backups are stored. Manage external copies separately: deleting or erasing data in the app does not revoke exported PDFs or backups.
Protect access
Keep your password safe. Incorrect attempts have a cooldown. Automatic erasure is optional and off by default; read the app’s warnings before enabling it. No recovery method or security guarantee is promised here.
